As part of an enterprise-wide inclusivity training program I developed at a previous organization, we tailored a specific module for the Talent Acquisition team responsible for filling positions across various departments.
This module was designed to familiarize hiring managers with the company's Belonging philosophy and equip them with the skills to implement it effectively through inclusive interviewing and hiring practices. Covering topics such as cognitive bias, optimal interviewing techniques, and crafting inclusive job postings, the training equips hiring managers with the tools they need to attract and select the most suitable candidates for the role.

A crucial aspect of Instructional Design is organization. On many projects I have worked on, the ID is also the Project Manager, the Marketing Consultant, the LMS Manager, and the Tech Support professional. To say the least...it is a LOT of roles to juggle!
Keeping a project organized is the first step in learning success. I created this intake form to use when beginning a new learning opportunity that not only keeps all components organized, but it compartmentalizes all of the crucial learning development aspects in one place.
In January of 2023, my mother was placed on the kidney transplant list. She was diagnosed with Polycystic kidney disease, a genetically inherited kidney disease that many of my family members are afflicted with.
The likelihood of maintaining good health both before and after transplant is greatly increased when a living donor (rather than a cadaver donor) is used. So I embarked on a journey to build a marketing campaign to support her in her endeavor to locate a living donor.
This is a work in progress, and I will post more of the resources we are launching as they become available. Currently I am building out a website of information including:
The living donor experience infographic (image to the left)
Animated video of how a kidney function is impacted by Polycystic Kidney Disease
How living donor organ chains function
